Service Design & Research
Qualitative research, experience mapping, stakeholder analysis, personas, customer journeys and service blueprints to understand what is really happening and where to intervene.
I help companies, organizations, professionals and teams turn complex challenges into clearer, more useful and shared experiences, services and solutions.

I can join a project at different stages: when the problem is still unclear, when a team needs alignment, when a solution needs to be designed and tested, or when it needs to be made clear and presentable.
Qualitative research, experience mapping, stakeholder analysis, personas, customer journeys and service blueprints to understand what is really happening and where to intervene.
I design and facilitate Design Thinking and co-design workshops to align teams, uncover needs, generate ideas and make decisions in a structured way.
I support projects that bring together companies, universities, students or different stakeholders, from challenge framing to prototyping and final delivery.
I teach Service Design, Design Thinking and problem-solving tools through exercises, cases, canvases and hands-on activities.
For professionals and small projects, I develop lightweight visual identities, social content, presentations and landing pages that are coherent, simple and message-focused.
An evolving, intentionally hybrid portfolio: facilitation, innovation and service design coexist with my experience in graphic and digital design.
I took part in the Techstars Startup Weekend Diversity & Inclusion Parma with team AURA, which won first place. In 54 hours, we developed a SaaS platform designed to support caregivers of people with dementia, bringing together clinical guidance, psychological teleconsultation and regulatory support in one service, with a model aimed at both individuals and corporate welfare programs.

Hands-on workshops based on a human-centred approach: research, framing, personas, ideation, prototyping, testing and storytelling. Tools are made accessible through cases and applied exercises.
In my freelance work, I work on international programs that connect companies and universities, acting as a project manager, facilitator, coach, designer and researcher. I also have experience in Venture Clienting programs. I am currently working on a project investigating how Artificial Intelligence can enhance Design Thinking processes and how this new tool can be managed in design education.
Applied identity
LogoFor lawyer Annalisa Fortini’s professional communication, I developed the visual identity for the S.O.S. Safeguarding project, from the logo and its application across materials to the design of a responsive landing page. The goal was to make specialist content recognizable and understandable through a coherent visual language.
I start from people and context, alternating divergent and convergent moments. Every project can have a different depth and duration, but the logic remains the same: understand, focus, imagine, make tangible, learn.
Listening, research, interviews, observation, context and stakeholder analysis.
I make patterns and priorities visible. Together, we reframe the challenge and define success criteria.
I facilitate ideation, co-design and the selection of the most promising directions.
We build prototypes, scenarios, concepts, journeys and touchpoints that can be tested.
We test, iterate and translate insights into usable and communicable outputs.
My path combines design, facilitation, social innovation and open innovation. I am especially interested in what happens when different skills and perspectives need to build something together.

My background starts in product design and expands into Service Design, human-centred approaches and the design of experiences and services.
Alongside my professional work, I pursue personal and collaborative projects that have received recognition across different fields, from design and inclusive innovation to writing.
I am a Service Designer with a background in product design and a specialization in Service Design. I work with human-centred tools because I believe innovation starts with listening and becomes useful when it can be translated into concrete choices.
Over the years, I have learned to move between different languages: business, education, multidisciplinary teams and visual communication. This allows me to move from facilitation to design, from research to synthesis, without losing sight of the project as a whole.
Alongside design, I also pursue writing: Montag Edizioni published my poetry collection Anima in cerca di libertà, a finalist in the poetry category of the 2024 Premio Montag. It is a personal project that reflects my interest in people, emotions and stories—elements I also bring into the way I design and facilitate.
Tell me about the context and what you would like to achieve. I can help you identify the format that makes the most sense: a workshop, a service design process, project support or a more focused visual/digital intervention.
